POSITION: Associate Director (Educational Coordinator)

WORKSITE: Washington, D.C.

DESCRIPTION: Plan, direct and coordinate short-term educational programs for Osgood in Washington, DC. Coordinate short-term internships, academic seminars, and Model United Nations (UN) and Model Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) events, primarily in the Washington, DC area. Develop partnerships with academic institutions, and recruit participants for Osgood programs. Work with the Osgood team to develop innovative experiential educational programming in international affairs. May telecommute. Must travel to conferences and educational meeting sites in the Washington, DC area up to 85%.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a master's degree in public administration, international affairs, or related field. Must also possess coursework or experience background managing international short-term programs; grant application assistance; Model United Nations procedures; history of the United Nations (UN) and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC); and public policy analysis. May telecommute. Must travel to conferences and educational meeting sites in the Washington, DC area up to 85%.
